Currently, there are two main ways to team up for Club Mode.
The first is through communities like Discord, reddit, etc. The second is for players to join a team using the in-game Club Finder.

Let me explain the problems with the first method.
these platforms are fragmented and many new users are unaware of their existence. Even if they are aware, they may avoid them due to the inconvenience.

And the problems with the second method. The Club Finder feature has a crucial toggle called "Show only recently played clubs." However, this feature doesn't function properly. This is because the list refresh cycle is so long that many teams that aren't active in real time appear on the list. This makes it difficult for players to find active teams. Even if this refresh cycle were shortened, players wouldn't be able to immediately determine if a team has an open spot. To find out if a spot is available, they must join a team and enter the position selection lobby. These processes are time-consuming and easily discourage players.

In short, the current system requires too much time to join a team, making it inaccessible.

Solutions for the problems with the first method..
a. creating an integrated in-game job board and adding a comment feature.
b. adding function to join a team directly in the job board
c. when players already have joined a club and use function to join another team directly in the job board, there should be a function to move to another team automatically with pop-up message like "you will exit from the club which you have already joined, will you?", but not "you cant join the club until you exit from the club which you have already joined". this function is important because it makes players be able to join and exit quickly. not all team managers(who may have authority to use job board) refresh job board immediately right after they recruited players. so this function is needed
d. clubs which players created should not be touched when they move to another club in the job board. Players can accidentally move to another club while activating the club they created. the reason why it is important is that clubs which players created can be deleted, and that could discourage solo players when solo play is allowed.

Solutions for the problmes with the second method..
a. minimizing the refresh cycle of the club list in the club finder
b. adding a feature to indicate empty positions within the club list in the club finder
c. if a Team board in the lobby where players choose their positions is created and team leaders can communicate the rules for each position, new players can adhere to these rules, minimizing conflict within the team.
