Every career mode it seems like every player hits their potential on other teams, while the logic works properly for players in my team. Their needs to be settings like in Madden where you can adjust how fast players gain XP and also how quickly they regress. If a player has 1 great season and jumps up to say 84 - but then perform really poorly all year, they generally don't decrease in rating but they should.
