Are you really going to ignore the dozens of complaints you've received for months about slow and clunky player movements, slow reactions and clunky turn animations and then just listen to what those d*mn ultimate players say while ignoring the complaints of your other customers?
Despite these problems, we have contacted you through numerous channels for months without receiving a response, and no steps have been taken by you to resolve them. Please, show that you value your customers who have purchased your games for years (BTF, FIFA 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 26) and solve these problems just once. I want the game to flow smoothly like in the first versions; I want fast turns, quick reactions, and fast animations. Please show us that you are listening. We are human beings with feelings, but for months I haven't been getting my money's worth because I can't play this game. I haven't been able to play it for months due to the following reasons:
