#Input delay after a goal with real players on my team (PC)

Anytime I score a goal in Clubs, Co-op seasons, or even squad battles (while playing with a friend), my player keeps running in the direction I was aiming for the shot. My controller also stops working/gets delayed heavily right after the goal meaning I can't skip (which I want to). Instead, he just runs into the net until the game forces a celebration cutscene. For some reason, the whole cutscene plays out, but the replay gets skipped immediately. I don't know how skipping replays with two or more people works. I can't tell if that's my teammate(s) skipping, or my A button finally registering me trying to skip from like 10 seconds before. After the following kick off, my player stops running in a line, but I get an insane input delay for like 10-20 seconds. Now, if someone else were to score and cancel the celebration cutscene entirely, I won't get a delay. However, if they do celebrate, the delay will happen. It feels like it's tied to how long the celebration cutscene runs for as well. If they skip mid cutscene, the delay might not be as long as if they watch the whole thing through. Obviously, this makes it even worse that I can't skip my own celebrations. This entire issue only happens to me when I have other people on my team, as when I play regular online seasons/squad battles (without anyone else), I can move around/skip celebrations without delay after goals. Even once, I queued Clubs drop ins at degen hours and could only find a match where I was the only real player on my team. If I scored, I was able to skip/move with no delay after as well as them scoring. I've also tested almost every possible combination of graphical settings my PC can run, including different display modes, refresh rates, v-sync and FPS caps. I even tried half frame rate for cutscenes to see if that would help. Nothing works for me. If anyone has suggestions on possible fixes, please let me know.
