Online reconnect button instead of kicking out of online

I want them to add a reconnect button for people who are playing ultimate team or online games instead of kicking them out and makeing them lost the process they had

this is a great one, it is so garbage even a minor disconnection issue or just a tiny tweak in the network would cost me a game
