#Some factors hindering the activation of 11v11 in Club Mode and their solutions

Forming a team and playing with multiple players requires agreement on roles and play times. To achieve this, there are platforms like Discord and online communities where players can gather and communicate. However, these platforms are fragmented and many new users are unaware of their existence. Even if they are aware, they may avoid them due to the inconvenience. Creating an integrated in-game job board and adding a comment feature would address the above issues. Note that the shorter the update cycle for this board, the better.

Actually, there's a more powerful approach. We could create a list of matches that are matched in real time, like Battlefield, allowing users to join immediately. The developers have likely already considered this approach, but I'm curious as to why they haven't implemented it. It would be beneficial to strengthen the stability of the Hot Join feature and increase the maximum number of players allowed to use it to five.

In multiplayer modes like Battlefield, a list of ongoing matches is essential. Furthermore, if a Team board in the lobby where players choose their positions is created and team leaders can communicate the rules for each position, new players can adhere to these rules, minimizing conflict within the team.

Currently, there are two main ways to team up for Club Mode.
The first is through communities like Discord, as previously explained. The second is for players to join a team using the in-game Club Finder.
I've already mentioned the problems with the first method, so I'll skip over them.
Let me explain the problems with the second method.
The Club Finder feature has a crucial toggle called "Show only recently played clubs." However, this feature doesn't function properly. This is because the list refresh cycle is so long that many teams that aren't active in real time appear on the list. This makes it difficult for players to find active teams. Even if this refresh cycle were shortened, players wouldn't be able to immediately determine if a team has an open spot. To find out if a spot is available, they must join a team and enter the position selection lobby. These processes are time-consuming and easily discourage players.

In short, the current system requires too much time to join a team, making it inaccessible.

The only way to address this is to create a list of ongoing matches, with real-time matching, similar to Battlefield, as previously suggested.

fixed mistranslation - "if a Team board in the lobby where players choose their positions is created"

#

note - 'list of ongoing matches' is officially called 'server browser' in battlefield.

On second thought, I don't think there's a need to create a separate server browser. Adding these four things: a new integrated job board in-game, minimizing the refresh cycle of the club list with the "Find Recently Played Clubs Only" toggle enabled in the club finder, adding a feature to indicate empty positions within the club list, and adding a team board in the lobby where players choose their positions would make 11vs11 even more active.

one more thing is to add function to join a team directly in the job board

last one more thing is that when players already have joined a club and use function to join another team directly in the job board, there should be a function to move to another team automatically with pop-up message like "you will exit from the club which you have already joined, will you?", but not "you cant join the club until you exit from the club which you have already joined". this function is important because it makes players be able to join and exit quickly. not all team managers(who may have authority to use job board) refresh job board immediately right after they recruited players. so this function is needed
