You guys have to know that ultimate team is one of if not the biggest source of income in your games and its pretty clear where the team and board stands on this product and its honestly embarrassing.
To a casual gamer they might just think of this game as a poor iteration but its honestly way worse than that. You have thousands of players, big creators in the space giving you VALID and CORRECT feedback to the game and we we're promised more communication than previous years.
You guys have fallen short in gameplay, communication, and worst of all: CORE MECHANICS and these terrible servers.
It is so extremely clear that only hot fixes are provided in the game to change things that people complain about, but its not a matter of turning the sliders of effectiveness up and down, and it is so lazy and naive to know that this is what the company is doing.
The core of this game is so mudded and terrible that we can honestly believe that even you guys know that and are too lazy to even attempt to fix it. i dont even want to touch on this, im sure i dont need to explain.
But man the servers might be the most terrible servers in the entire industry. When I as a consumer have to plan when I can play the game with acceptable gameplay is something that no user should have to do. We paid upwards of $60 for this broken game and you're telling me that EA as a company cannot invest into better servers so people can actually enjoy playing a game we fully paid for?
Disaster class of a company. Plain roberry and im actually unsure how EA as a company has not undergone a full investigation. Terrible terrible terrible ethics and disappointing to know that you guys are solely tainting the franchise.
