Lack of Historical Tracking
There's no way to view in-depth history of my tenure with a club. Commentary occasionally mentions game count, but that's it. After years building a club from lower divisions to elite status, I'd love to see:
A detailed history tab showing seasons, achievements, and milestones
Records of trophies, promotions, and memorable matches
Commentary referencing specific accomplishments
Celebration Uniformity
Winning a preseason tournament generates the same celebration as winning the Champions League, making major achievements feel hollow. Different competitions should have appropriately scaled celebrations.
Lack of Match Intensity
Derby matches feel identical to regular games. There's no meaningful fouls, confrontations, or tension that would occur in rivalry matches. These should feel more intense with increased physicality.
Position Change System Issues
It takes far too long for players to adapt to new positions, even nearly identical ones like LW to RW. Similar positions should adapt much faster.
Player Roles Are Redundant
Player roles don't add depth since you still apply individual instructions over them anyway. They feel like an unnecessary extra step rather than a genuine tactical improvement.
The Core Issue
Career Mode lacks depth for long-term saves. Multi-season journeys from obscurity to glory aren't acknowledged or celebrated, making the mode less immersive for players building legacies.
