Ai defending is getting way out of hand

I can barely breathe or make an attack…. Any time I pass to someone there’s either an ai running towards that dude or the other guys just runs to the man and when I either pass it back… guess who’s still sticking to the dude that just sent a pass… This game is so garbage now
