Hello EA SPORTS FC Team,
I'm writing to share a Career Mode feature concept that many players in the community strongly desire and that I believe could significantly elevate EA SPORTS FC while also opening new monetization opportunities.
Core Idea: Multi-Season Live Points
•Allow players to start Career Mode from any previous real-life season (for example, 2014/15).
•From that point onward, the career progresses normally year by year.
•Players would experience historical squads, standings, and contexts-but with current graphics, animations, and gameplay systems.
•Real Academy Players Instead of Regens
As seasons progress, instead of relying on generic pre-generated or regenerated players, real-life academy players who appeared in future years would naturally enter the game.
•Each new season would introduce authentic youth players based on real-world data.
•This creates a far more immersive and realistic long-term Career Mode experience.
Why Players Want This
•Players can relive iconic seasons while still shaping the future.
•Long-term careers feel meaningful and authentic.
•Removes immersion-breaking regens and replaces them with real football progression.
Why This Works for EA (Profitability)
•Past seasons could be locked behind optional purchases or bundles.
•Players would willingly pay to unlock:
Era based season packs
•This creates recurring revenue without impacting gameplay balance or online modes.
•This feature would transform Career Mode into a truly generational experience-one where players can start anywhere in football history and move forward with realism intact.
EA SPORTS FC already has the foundation to support something like this. With structured season data and academy integration, this could easily become one of the most talked-about features in the franchise's history.
