So i was playing a FUT Champions game last week and my first game i had a hacker against me he did have a third party app that assigns 10 controllers to my players in the team to control all of them to stay in their place which makes me unable to switch to any of them, i had screen shots to the controllers and the name of the player and I reported him, then i an email from EA saying " We didn't take an action for your report" they didn't even ask for the screen shots that i mentioned in the report to investigate the case, EA only cares about money and money only, they are stupid enough to forget that we are the source of that money so if you treat the players like that you are losing and this will be my last time buying this sht game.
