I'm in Elite Division and 970 SR. I swear to you, this is the worst FC ever. You're forced to play counter-attacking football. You can only defend if you pull everyone back. Throughout my life playing this game, I've always succeeded by bringing out fullbacks and playing wing plays, set plays, and cutbacks. That's impossible in this game if the opponent is constantly closing down. Even if you get the ball into the penalty area, the AI defense is so strong you can't create a shooting angle. You're constantly blocked either while dribbling or your shots are blocked. EA does this on purpose because they don't want casual players to get frustrated and quit the game. It's February and the situation is still the same. Everyone's been saying this for months and nothing has changed. So this feedback portal and EA's "we're listening to you" nonsense are pointless. I hope other games come out and we see games where we play real competitive matches. Because I'm tired of playing this AI defending simulator. Anyone who thinks they play well will understand what I'm saying.

Players who have been playing this game well for years will understand exactly what I mean. Everyone should be able to reflect their desired play style in the game. But this hasn't been the case for the last two years. Even last year, in January, the game had reached a much, much better level. This year, they haven't changed anything. It's so exhausting. They've forced everyone to play only one meta. The biggest problem with this is the game's speed. They thought that competitive gameplay would be faster, but this meant they had to keep AI defense and support high. Now they can't lower it because there will be too many goals. In short, it's impossible for this game to recover. I don't think they care either. Also, I don't know the statistics, etc., but I think this is the game that was abandoned the earliest in history. Because there's unfortunately no variety. There were people who played this game for years and achieved 15-0 or 20-0 in Weekend League, even weekly streaks; it's impossible in this game. Those people will understand me very well. I also think players from Elite Division and Division 1-2 will understand very well.

Completly agree, I'm also in elite, my results are probably best ever, but this is the worst fifa ever. There is no longer fun within this game, this feels like a job. The way of how AI defending protects useless players who don't make any single manual tackle for a whole game is pathetic. I'm really tired of breaking wall of 10 players boosted by AI each game. They completly killed any creativity in this game. In previous years you were able to score a goals with many ways, whanever you enjoyed to play. This year people are forced to play with few patterns which allow you to break ai defending and score a goal. Worst edition ever

Casuals already left anyways can we hope for a better game? They removed any bit of skilled mechanic and replaced it with the eextremely skilled “run back with your cb while you hold r1” and “run with your cdm with infinite stamina all game without switching”. Script is also an all time high, you constantly lose against worst players. 95 paced strikers get past midfield and can’t run anymore. But look hey a mid Ronaldo as an sbc, kids please run and max mommy’s credit card to buy 20x88 packs that will give you 15 unplayable women!!
And the way games are scripted? 80% of my games are the following: up 2-0 (either me or the opp), then the losing team wakes up and the winning team lose all their braincells, then 2-2, 4-2, 4-4, and then maybe you can start playing a normal game
And don’t you dare win more than 2 games in a row, you’ll either run against a Turk with a 20 million 451 or one of the sweatiest opponent ever. They might even be bots tailor made for you to lose, I wouldn’t be surprised
