You've given people a limited number of game rights in this mode, so instead of having fun, they're diving in with the same intensity as if they were playing a Champions match. Playing with silver cards could be an enjoyable activity, but it's just become a headache-inducing mode. The matchmaking system is also terrible. I'm a Division 3 player. In Champions, I average 9 wins, but in this mode, I'm currently at 4 wins and 10 losses. The opponents I face are above my level, and it never improves as I keep losing. Every loss just makes me more frustrated. Your matchmaking system is unfair. Also, why does the match winner get the best rewards even in this mode? Is it wrong for the average player to earn good rewards and improve their squad? When there are already win-focused modes in the game, what's the point of making even this chill game mode competitive? Why does EA constantly pressure players to win matches and turn them toxic?
