Ban system is completely wrong, got banned for classic legal trading, got about 5 milion coins, so I think it might be because I was buying and selling a bigger quantity of cards when invested on something. But anyway I am not here to think about why you did wrong.
Had completely the same situation last year. Never been buying or selling coins.
Appealing system is completely without sense, it’s just bot procedure, you don’t give any proofs of the accusations.
Being on the market saw many times a lot of moving coins by the auctions, this should be possible to report, but not normal trading as I did

this happened to me also some hours ago. I think I was buying/bidding on cards that coin transferers use. If anyone from EA see this, please help, so I can give you my email that is connected to my account. its easily verifiable if you look at my historic trades. Its TOTY, which I am looking forward too, but if I cant use the market its almost impossible to interact with the promo

Same here. I didnt do any coin balance transfers i didnt do anything wrong. Hours played, trade history, log in history, 2FA log in/IP address will all confirm no log ins or account information sharing. Does anyone know what EA channel i should use to try to expedite my account/appeal review? Thank you all for the help!!!

Yeah I also wrote back on their feedback site, under a button called feedback portal. I will ask for the DSAR, and trade history if my appeal dont work on EA Help, as I also read that it would force a person to look in to your case

Same as I did. I will just wait until the appeal is done, then try again if possible. I can not copy links in here, but the twitter user who wrote this is "danieltradingfc", and its posted 23. december 2025 so you can find it easily.
Also I would report it on the feedback website if you have not done it yet. its a green button called "Feedback Portal" on the top/midle of the page

another post, beautiful. maybe someone will finally see this. its like half of the trading pc community has been banned
ban appeals being denied and 2nd appeals being ignored for almost a week now is crazy, while the exact same issue was fixed on console within hours on chistmas day

The worst thing is the fact they are keeping us completely out of any communication, everything what you can get is noreply mail, any human contact with people which are checking it or whatever, you can’t even get information what was exactly wrong according to them it is not how people should be treated
From the other hand we probably should just put a sh** and just don’t play this game anytime in future, but it’s not why we bought this game and worked on our coins profit and have been grinding to have the best possible squad
My appeal still has the same status, after being transferred multiple times it just has a status „waiting for player”

I was banned because of the same reason. EA dont want you to trade on market to get more coins. They want you to Buy Packs. Thats the Problem. In the past i had already a transferban because of this reason and now im perma banned for having 20m coins and a untrade Team. Im done with this Company. Lies over lies every year.
