It’s really disappointing that you weakened the AI defense. As a result, less skilled players lose even more often, lose by bigger margins, and eventually lose the enjoyment of the game.
Another issue is the Silver Event. Now you don’t even have the option to choose a 1v1 match anymore. Instead, you constantly get matched against two players, which puts you at a massive disadvantage—especially without proper AI defense.
On top of that, bugs are not being fixed. Quite the opposite: there are more and more of them. Now there’s the Rainbow Flick header, which is basically unstoppable.
Instead of taking away the fun from players who aren’t as skilled, you should have focused on real problems, such as extreme time-wasting during attacks. For example, after a certain amount of time, the player could automatically clear the ball, and there should be an in-game option to report this kind of toxic behavior.
Another thing I don’t understand is how the exact same football player can suddenly be faster in a 1v1 situation. Often offsides don’t seem to count for the opponent, or the opponent can sprint incredibly fast once they break through the defense, while your own player is slow in the first meters and can easily be caught—sometimes even by a player who was much farther away.
It’s really sad that you’ve taken the fun out of the game and now cater only to the very best players. FC has truly lost its enjoyment.

This update only shows how scripted and rigged the gameplay is. I’m OK with this update but certain situations like unforced errors a.k.a. passes not going where they’re supposed to that lead to turnovers and goals definitely needs to be fixed. Ea just take out the scripting and rigging of the gameplay…

Until there are bots like the last two comments spamming threads we will never see an ai defending nerf, (or removal of scripting) they want the skill gap to be zero so bums keep playing their game without having to learn and can spend thousands on op cards that play for them

Guys I have a problem with opponents quits. Everytime they are losing they drop and I don't get the win. It's become frustrating. Many players are abusing it and EA does nothing.

Yes If you are less skilled than your opponent you should lose 8/10 matches against him. The problem is the opposite, less skilled players can beat more skilled players because of the AI defending.
Don't know how you can be bad in defending, just run everywhere with you cms like every rat on this game does...

This has to be a troll. The better player should always win. The lesser player should always lose. Ai defending is still way to strong. The game is so unrewarding and every match is the same, trying to break down the opponents ai defending. Rivals and Champs feels like playing legendary squad battles over and over again. This is the worst iteration of the game in history. Players like you are the problem. Ea protect bad players and have no respect for players that actually want to play properly. It's so so backwards
