unable to connect to clubs

my internet is completely fine i’m
able to access all game modes apart from clubs it’s saying ‘unable to connect to ea servers. please check your internet connection and try again’ i have had this issue for the past 2 days and it’s not been fixed i have sent 3 emails and no response can someone help me sort this out ?
