Players not Sprinting and Turning in slow Motion

This input delay issue on PC has been ongoing for over three months with no fix. Players randomly stop sprinting, passes are unreliable, and movement feels delayed and unresponsive, making the game extremely difficult to play.
I have ruled out all possible issues on my end, including network and keyboard problems. The problem is not on my side.
Please address this issue immediately or provide a refund for a game that is not delivering a playable experience.
