There is a persistent bug regarding European qualification for Belgian clubs. Despite winning the league championship, my club was qualified for the Europa League instead of the Champions League. The spot for the Champions League was instead given to RAAL La Louvière, even though they finished at the bottom of the league standings.
This issue is not isolated to playing within the Belgian league. While managing clubs in the Premier League (England) and Bundesliga (Germany), I observed that RAAL La Louvière consistently appears in the Champions League during the second season, regardless of their actual performance or ranking in the Belgian league.
This occurs across multiple save files and different leagues.
I have the feeling than similar qualification bugs existed in FC 24 and FC 25 but were previously patched, but I'm not sure. This issue has been reported by the community for at least 3 months on several forums posts.
Is this a known issue currently under investigation?
Is there an estimated timeline for a fix?
