#Why does my game freeze then disconnect me (pls help me)

Ive had this issue for the past two fc's, but occasionally (like every game sometimes, or like 2-3 games at a time) my game just freezes randomly, then I get kicked out of the match and it counts as a loss. How do I fix this, I have only had this issue for the past two games
