VERY LONG INPUT, PLAYERS DO NOT RESPOND

I need help, in online modes other than Rush, I have a long input delay, although when I run with the ball and press pass or kick, the power scale fills up immediately, and the player performs the action after 10-15 seconds. At the same time, the opponent moves smoothly and calmly intercepts the ball, that is, only my players slow down.
I tried to change the settings in the game settings, in the NVIDIA settings, turned on GRBUST, in general, I did all the recommended actions that I found on the Internet.

Its ridiculous...when you get in game, it works for like 2-3 seconds then it becomes completely unplayable...you press a button and it happens 9-10 seconds later...ridiculous controller input lag...but they dont care, they've known about this PC issue for the longest time...we're basically screaming into the abyss over here cause I can bet all my belongings that they dont go through these complaints!! Someone pays 100 dollars for a product that has a thousand issues, but hey as long as they sell their packs all is well..!!!

have u tried to cap ur fps to 60 or 90

idk why but it works for me

I tried it on 30, and the delay gets shorter, about 1 second, but it's impossible to play.

It's been there from last 50days for me they are completely ignoring PC players they got their money now they don't care releasing useless updates they can't fix simple video replay of goal pointing towards half line when they are going to fix input delay and cutscenes. Better don't buy this EA product in future.
