When playing ultimate team, both online and offline. The game will freeze for ~3 seconds and then completely quit to the Xbox home menu. There is no bug code or anything. I can reboot the game but I get told I disconnected meaning my DNF multiplier is affected. This has caused me to lose out on rewards, damage my record and so on. This will happen roughly every 3 games so makes the whole thing completely unplayable. I have lost rewards from squad battles, offline drafts and had my record damaged online.

This issue has persisted for 3 months now with no recognition from EA. if it persists I will have no option but to go through the correct channels to receive a refund due to the product not being fit for purpose.

Anyone know of any fixes for this? EA have been silent for months about it

You can talk to the xbox support and report your problem to the ea support
You have to choose EA FC for that on the website and then scroll down until you find Get in touch with us
Go on it and tell them your problem

Thanks for the reply @lilac field issue is I’ve already reached out via that ea contact form and specifically related to eafc26. As well as posted on the ea help forums. There’s been an open discussion and sub page for this issue for 3 months with no response or acknowledgement form EA at all. Leads me to believe they either don’t care or don’t even know how to fix this issue so are just ignoring it. Which is frustrating because it massively damages countless people’s abilities to actually play the game at all. Just ridiculous how the issue persists 3 months after launch.

Maybe delete and reinstall the game
Or delete the cache for fifa
Or as last step reset your xbox to factory settings but keep your games and apps

Yeah I appreciate that. Already attempted the delete and reinstall, deleting the cache and resetting network. All of those haven’t provided any results. Not willing to go to the effort of resetting the Xbox due to how much data is on there and the accounts I’m signed into and probably don’t remember the passwords to 🤣
