New Music Addition

So this was a neat surprise, but it doesnt' work. I have turned the music off becuase I like the white noise of the commentary and then it dips out and I am stuck with random crowd noise ONLY or music again. I don't want the music all the time. These setting DO NOT WORK and make them more intuitive, the lables are dumb and their are way too many options:

Should be:
EA Soundtrack: On / Off
Commentary: On / Off

It is so odd that in the middle of my game my commentary leaves, I guess they aren't getting paid for the full 90??

You can't turn the music player off so it would stay off.

I don't want music playing at all but despite my settings, such as disabling music, the player keeps activating multiple times a night, sometimes multiple times in an hour. It's infuriating and utterly broken.
