PC massive input delay in online modes

I just got it on PC and it is unplayable, in any online mode about 5 - 7 second input delay on any button, i improved it by lowering the fps down to 60 , but the issue still comes back every now and then , does anyone know how to fix it ?

The problem has been there since the beginning. I don't think they'll do anything before the next FIFA.

Yesterday in the moring I've played and it was fine

Today the game is unplaytbale huge deplay in all modes in FUT

any solution?
