Game so broken no one wants to play. Dropping players. Not making the money you expect you should be by now. Do what do you do to remediate the situation? Fix the game? No, just give a hero pack where 90% of us are gonna get fodder like I got papin, someone we will never, ever use, is gonna make us feel better about the game being unbearable and unfun to play.
