Currently, Clubs league/playoff matches and friendlies between Brazilian teams are being incorrectly routed to Chilean servers. This results in a fixed ping above 60ms for players in the Southeast region and over 90ms for players in the North/Northeast, making the Clubs experience simply frustrating.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
• The issue is specific:
Interestingly, in Rush and Drop-In modes, when Brazilians play against Brazilians, the server correctly connects to Brazil (low ping). The routing error happens exclusively in League/Playoff and Friendlies.
• The “trigger” for the problem:
In League/Playoff, this routing to Chile has been occurring for several game editions.
However, in Friendlies, the issue started in EA FC 26 specifically after Update 1.2.0, released on November 10th, 2025 (about 25 days ago).
Before that, Friendlies worked normally on the BR server.
• Comparison:
In Ultimate Team, the Brazilian server works perfectly. This confirms that it’s not a user connection issue, but rather a matchmaking/routing configuration problem specific to Clubs mode.
EVIDENCE:
I made a video explaining the issue and showing the Chilean server being used even in a 100% Brazilian lobby. The content has already surpassed 100,000 views (combining Instagram and TikTok), with hundreds of identical reports in the comments:

THE WASTED POTENTIAL:
It’s a shame to have to come here and complain about this, because the work done in FC 26 Clubs is excellent—easily the best in recent years. Gameplay is smooth, the new Seasons features and Builds are great, and the changes to consumables were very well received. The community is engaged.
However, leaving this routing problem unresolved—and without any official communication—wastes all that potential. You nailed the gameplay and the new features, but are failing at the basics: the connection.
Who wants to play a mode with +60/+90ms latency?
