huge delay on fc 26 even tho i have very good pc and wifi

so me and my friend we have a problem with fc 26 huge huge huge delay on pc i have pc that can run game at 240fps and very good conection but when playing online games there is like 10 second of delay if i press x to pass the play will do that 10 second late please if you know fix help me i paid 70 euros for this to lag
