Yesterday I wanted to put the Player "Arturo Vidal" into the "Silver Armour"-Evolution.
Since I was not at home, my only option was the companion/webapp. For some reason Arturo Vidal wasn't shown in the Player-Pick-Segment, even though he is fully eligible for the Evolution. I saw this bug many times before, until yesterday it didn't really matter to me, because I always had access to my PS5, where the bug never occurs, but yesterday I didn't have Access.
I arrvied at home after 6pm yesterday. by this time, the Evo expired.
Since this was a bug caused by the companion/webapp, I now want EA to help me.
All you have to do, is to put my Arturo Vidal into the Silver Armour Evolution - after that I still have 6 Days and 8 Hours to complete it.
I was in touch with your Chat, which was an absolute waste of time. They admitted it was a bug caused by issues with the server, but also told me that they would forward it to another department. When I looked at my case, the Case got closed, which means, they didn't forward my case.
Would be nice if someone from EA gets in touch with me, I had several issues with this game since it came out, reported them to the chat - received no help.
But now I am at a point where I request a full refund for the game, if no one is willing to help.
