Hello EA Team,
My account has been permanently banned due to a coins violation. I’d like to clarify the situation:
• I used the Companion App to quick-sell a large number of low-rated gold rare players and gold commons.
• This was done to clear my club and receive the coins legitimately earned.
• The following day, I discovered my account had been banned.
I have already submitted an appeal case but have not yet received a response. I am prepared to share my case number and any further information required.
I am posting here after learning from FutAccountant’s comment on a video that share feedback in this channel has helped others resolve similar issues. I kindly request assistance in reviewing my case.
