#Career Mode - Real Changes Possible After 10 Years?

Hey everyone,

I've been writing pretty much the same thing about Career Mode since FIFA 15. While some things have changed, basically, Career Mode only gets a squad update with minor tweaks to the interviews. (These are incredibly boring and repetitive, and the questions are pointless. They're already asking about relegation after just three games.)

Contract negotiations with players are still (10 years of stagnation?) quite annoying because nothing ever changes...

Example 1: "The player wants to be an important part of the squad." There's absolutely no way to convince him to transfer. No matter what you offer him—"sporadic, rotation, etc."—it should be possible to offer a higher salary or, like in real life, promise a goalkeeper that he'll be allowed to play in cup or Champions League matches to solve this problem.

95% of inquiries come from clubs where the player would have hardly any playing time. There should be a summary twice a year, for example, of what the loaned-out players are up to.

The contracts and transfer fees are far too superficial. Bonuses for reaching or winning, for example, an international competition are missing.

Look again at NBA 2K, for example, at how a career mode can be implemented. The variety and relevance of the interview questions are also appropriate and well-executed. Does any "programmer" even play the career mode? Isn't it boring to conduct the same negotiations over and over again without any variety?
