The lag compensation is one big reason this game feel delayed or in the mud.
In order to synchronize two players players connection the player with better connection gets "slow downed" to the player with bad connection. Resulting in muddy gameplay for that person.
The extend of "slow down," is defined by buffer size of the lag compensation. If The difference between two players is bigger then the buffer size you usually get classic lag or Stuttering experience.
EA decides to make a huge buffer size to make game playable even if you have potatoe internet at the cost of players with good connection.
In order to make the experience better for people with good connection they would have to reduce the size of the buffer.
Solution: Decrease buffer size and pair people with bad connection with each other. But don't punish people with good connection.
