I am providing feedback on a disastrous Rivals experience this week that forced me to quit the game for good.
I easily collected 27 Rivals points in one day. I needed one win (3 points) to reach my desired rank. Yesterday, I spent 4 hours trying to win that single match.
The game felt completely rigged: I conceded absurdly glitchy goals, excessive rebounds, and suffered through clear scripting/momentum shifts. It was impossible to win, despite securing 7 straight wins two days prior.
This failure to fix core gameplay mechanics (the "script") is actively driving away dedicated players. Our initial group of seven friends playing this game is now down to zero, as I am the last to leave. This level of frustration is unacceptable.
I am done with FC/FIFA. Developers must address the core scripting issues that ruin competitive integrity before more of your community walks away.
#💔 Rivals Feedback: Broken Mechanics & Player Retention (FC/EA Sports FC)

Whenever u Play a promotion match, or you have last to complete 30pts 💩 Happens. IT was back in time where we had tournament quali to WL, we had IT on earlier WL formats, and of course in rivals mode. Its just a mechanic to push you to the shop. They will not do anything about it until IT works and they sell horrendous amount of their virtual currency.
This is 100 percent true as well I cudnt agree more, they say dda don’t exist but it’s clear to see every week, like wiaderkoooo said the game is scripted so that you lose/struggle.this pushes people to go buy packs and fill up the bosses pockets. The casuals are leaving in droves ppl have finally had enough of this scam company.
And its not like i can't admit there are waaay better players than me IT doesnt rly hurt me. Im just that experienced in playing FIFA series or even video games at all that i can clearly see when im loosing to better player or to the broken monetize oriented mechanic.
I really enjoyed the game whenever the gameplay is good but it is too far gone now, and i get most of the time stress and on edge of burnout because of a videogame no that's enough. Sad very sad that they don't care about creating a fair good game
Early access despite it's issues had the best gameplay
It’s all designed to make you like you are forced to spend money. All EA cares about is forcing us to spend as much money as possible, they do not care about the gameplay or the experience.
