for the people that have delay on PC, did you bought the game on steam or ea app ?

I play on my friends steam account = zero delay. on the same pc, same internet, same controller, same monitor.
my ea account = input delay unbearable. the only difference is that I'm on elite division and him on div 5.

just trying to understand this.
