Since few days there is constant delay in every match. AI doesn't react anymore. You can't shoot, pass, run....
Something is seriously broken ATM. I am playing on PS5 with 8ms ping which feels like 500.

You are not alone. I observed that restarting console helps for 1-2 matches but later it's the same sweatfest.

Inception made a video about the same topic. There are many ppl with this problem. Sadly EA doesn't care

Today I changed my TV settings and turned HDMI deep colour off and turned eye comfort mode on. LG 4K TV. Gameplay significantly improved instantly. I was in the same boat as you all. Try if this helps.
