Title says it all - there is no way to customize how your team attacks - ROLES DON'T WORK - I have my player on winger but they are playing on top of the LB and RB instead of literally standing on the touchline. This is something we should 1000% be able to instruct. I miss the instructions like "Stay Wide" and "Overlap Only" - I felt like I could somewhat control my players positions on the field.
FC IQ is greatly limiting in career mode.
