Matchmaking glitch?

Is matchmaking based on chem or something? And that’s why I keep playing demon squads in rivals with cdms starting at striker to decrease chem but switching tactics after kickoff

I'm div 8 man playing against players with player lock abuse 💀

I don't even have a decent squad they are bringing icons and heroes
