if you go down in difficulty it gets piss easy
Like the jump down from world class to professional is piss easy
And on WC players whip passes with 100% accuracy, they play haramball and you can’t break the backline
But on on Legendary it gets better, but they still have 100% accuracy but they pass way less and you can get passed the backline

Same thing happened with sb ai. They play too aggressively and constantly intercept the ball. Sometimes I’m stuck in defence because of their constant interception. They find any way to time waste even if it means fouling you. Their defensive ai is out of this world. It’s like giving them an extra set of ai defending when they already basically gave that.

Career Mode players (myself included) have complained about the CPU difficulty before update 1.1.3, saying it was far too easy, even on Ultimate.
This is what EA said:
“The FC 26 Title Update V1.1.3 is now available, and is driven by your Career Mode feedback.
We’re updating CPU AI decision making with the intent of making it challenging and engaging to play against, especially on higher difficulties.”
These changes were absolutely necessary for many hardcore Career Mode players, and I’m really happy with them. The game is much more challenging now.
There are still plenty of ways to force the CPU to lose the ball, but I agree that some teams almost never give it away easily. It forces you to play more patiently and passively (which is very realistic in my opinion). Keep in mind that on Authentic the sliders can change from team to team. So some teams take more or less risks with passes.
I guarantee that if you keep playing and learn how to beat the CPU on higher difficulties, it becomes extremely satisfying.
