I’m writing to express my frustration with the current gameplay situation in EA Sports FC 26. For the past two to three weeks, the game has been nearly unplayable — every controller input feels delayed, regardless of which mode I play in Ultimate Team. This makes precise and fair gameplay impossible.
What makes this especially disappointing is that your marketing campaign for FC 26 heavily emphasized responsive gameplay. During the first three to four weeks after release, the game actually delivered on that promise — it felt smooth and responsive. However, that is no longer the case. The gameplay has become sluggish and inconsistent, completely ruining the experience.
I play on PS5 using a wired LAN connection, and I consistently achieve 11–13 wins every week in the Weekend League. This clearly shows that the issue isn’t with my setup or connection, but rather with the game’s servers or something that has changed on your end recently.
Please take this feedback seriously and investigate what has been altered in the past few weeks. The current state of the game does not reflect what was promised in your marketing, and the overall enjoyment has dropped to zero. Many players — myself included — invest significant time and money every year expecting a stable and responsive experience, but right now, that expectation is not being met.
