FC 26 not launching. crashes on/after splash screen

basically everytime i lauinch fifa it starts normally unmtil the end of the splash screen when it says "launching game", but then it just crashes and sends me back to the ea app. no error message

partially fixed: create a second windows user and it will work perfectly.
i will update if i find a way to fix on my main windows user

update: the ONLY way to fix this is to either 1: reset windows
2: create a second windows user and play fifa on that account.
you can also transfer all your files to that new account, and completely migrate to it. however not all settings and cookies will be remember. watch a tutorial on how to do it

I recommend to try ALL other tutorials and even contact ea support, however if none of those steps work, the only way is this one, and the fix is 100% guaranteed

Havent tried doing that, I don’t want my apps or anything else to get removed tbh bc it’s lowk a hustle to download everything again

Yeah Ik, but as I said it’s most likely an issue on Eas end so we really can’t do much other than waiting patiently. Ig you could try contacting Ea support and see what they have to say

I'm reinstalling the game right now. It will be my third install. It's stuck on the splash screen. There's probably a problem with the anti-cheat. The only thing I can think of is resetting Windows, but my settings will be gone. @silent ember

Yeah I also tried repairing and reinstalling the anti cheat itself but that didn’t do anything

Also deleted the cache folder and then it randomly worked for the rest of the day but when I got back on yesterday it crashed again

First of all, you delete everything related to Xbox. You close any antivirus program you have on your PC. I had Windows Defender. You completely close it, run all EA files as administrator, and then delete and reinstall the game. This is my third time deleting. This is not related to EA, it is related to the PC.

Wait you run the ea files as administrator and then you delete and reinstall again?

Also what ea files are u talking about? Like the game or smth else?

No, no, you need to completely uninstall Xbox and disable all antivirus programs, as well as disable things like Steam Overlay. You also need to uninstall Visual C++ Redistributable and reinstall it if necessary. There are many videos on YouTube showing how to fix my problem.

i will try it but i think its because of the ea anticheat because in the loading screen always when it is trying to load the anticheat it crashes
