It destroyed the skill gap. No one defend manually, you can only score on counter attack. It's so frustrating, you can literally do nothing when the opponent sits back in the penalty box. Please do something!

To those who want attacking to be more and more broken op... Instead of constantly asking for help through broken attacking mechanics why don't just learn to attack better? Do you want all other defenders to get out of your way so that you can just abuse every mechanic and score?

@ruby island I just want to play against someone that defend by himself and not just select the cm or cdm because his defense will be unbreakable. I'm in elite, 13+ wins in champs, I don't think I'm bad in attacking, it's just super boring

The problem is not fidget spins
Its fricking defending Ai its too op people should get punished for not controlling their right player and getting punished when make bad decisions

Like spamming tackles game turned into fc25 again with spam tackles and op defending ai

At luch players would get cocked vmcause they made a bad decision and decided to tackle at wrong time
Now player safter tackles goes back into position with superman transition

With speed jockey like we have now its possible to defend fidget

But now rats and noob run with their dms and r1 double tap and ai will tackle for them and win ball and they think they are special

And with how effective is through ball is they sit back and spam through ball and score and talk big like they did something

Game at lunch was 80% enjoyable

@rich bear improvement on MANUAL defending were needed, we asked for it but I can't understand why they buffed so much the AI defending. Just adding more jockey speed was the perfect choice...

i wont play this cpu trash anymore if 1.2 doesnt solve this. launch version was perfect, i dont want to play the same defense with 1 button defending EVERY fuckin game. boring AF, and "fun" turns into rage with those cpu-co-op bastards who never tackle themselves. last chance this year, wont wait for another patch

Btw, the fidget spinner only exist because of guys like u who sits on the AI defend and don't even touch another player beside your dm

There used to be plenty of offensive plays before this patch — you could dribble, pass and pass again, take long shots (sometimes), and use different attacking styles.

Today, the only way to score is to sit back and wait for a counterattack, or just keep rolling the ball around until your opponent makes a mistake and pulls a player out of position.

There’s no fun in that.

Manual defending was good — it just required some practice to learn and improve.

Now your striker defends like prime Maldini and steals the ball even when you’re not controlling him. All you need to do is position your CDM, hold L2, spam R1, and the AI does everything for you lol

my record before patch was 13-2, after patch it remains the same, but the gameplay feels so bad, boring and automatic

as I said, I bought Raul for 650k, I can't tell u if he's good or not because its not possible to attack on this game, the only goals I've scored with him was finesse inside the box or low drivens inside the box aswell

I don't know if he's good passing, if he can dribble or if he's fisical or not, because this game doesn't allow u to atack
