It is becoming more and more apparent and obvious the game is shifting to an AI defence meta. A lot of players are often tracking back during transitions with their CDM or CM and in some cases their attackers and feathering the second man press to negate the effects as if it was FIFA 17. A game where one player doesn't have to track the actual players movement with a defender they manually control is something this game MARKETED itself on. It feels its no longer the case.
Majority of the games are riddled with people second man pressing while they manually cover passing lanes. Originally this was not an issue as you could run around the Ai easily but due to the jockey speed changes made for manual defending, this is no longer viable bringing the favour back to defensive gameplay. The Ai adjusts and tracks movement extremely fast, could something be done to which the speed the Ai moves when a second man press is initiated? or perhaps reduce the effectiveness of the second man press?
