When I’m playing as soon as I’m trying to defend my player steps backwards, then let’s the opposition player through for some reason All I did was change player not pressing any other button Also many occasions I have seen my defenders just move out the way for opposition players. I am new to this game and I like playing ultimate team but my experience has so far been negative. Also as a new player when i want to also have a go at playing live events and try to get the rewards I’m coming across players that are so high-level it’s crazy. How I know they are high-level because I had a high-level player themselves play at my house to have a go and they said that the reason why my experience has been so bad so far is because I’m coming across high division players.

Also when I’m attacking and passing , so many times I would have scored but for some reason the ball is never passed to the player I want it to go to. I’m putting in the direction and passing then it passes in another direction and so many times it gets passed to the opposition players. It gets so frustrating that the input is not properly being recognised and I can record this and send it toEA just to show you. Also, I have checked my controller for stick drift and it does not have it either. Another problem I’ve been having as well whenever I’m about to score a goal the game lags or freezes for some reason. I have also checked my Internet connection which is absolutely fine. This ongoing problem has been happening for many weeks. The latency keeps fluctuating from 25 to 1000 and I have constantly checked my Internet connection on other devices and on my Xbox. I also played other games and the Internet connection and latency has been fine.
