Long time FIFA FC customer here. I think I started in 08 and maybe missed one year along the way. Really getting frustrated and I can’t be the only one. Please read this feedback.
There have been 3 cards released for Pulisic in UT after the release of his original game. All 3 have ST as a position but as I type this message he still can’t play ST in an online friendly. There were only 3 squad updates in October! How is this acceptable?!? We want a game that updates based on real world play. You are so far behind in squad updates with countless players behind in ratings and many who don’t have updated positions and roles.
You used to release squad updates weekly (sometimes even twice a week). This is getting ridiculous. The number of things EA has to update because you keep adding more minutiae. Roles, Playstyles, real faces, etc. Just keep it simple.
Ratings in real time keeps players who they are and performing the way they should be (authentically). You have added so much other “stuff” you can’t keep up! It so frustrating that we can play players in the positions they are playing in real life.

This is trending in the wrong direction!
For tactics PLEASE give us back control of positions and moving players around tactically like we used to be able to do. Stop locking them into positions and roles that you aren’t even committed to keeping up with. It’s so frustrating for us on the other side of your decisions.
Please hear me when I say this last part. The most authentic part of any game is having the right players on the team and having their current ratings and positions/tactics. I’m really trying to help you guys at this point with this feedback. Even I’m looking at other games and I never thought I would!
