This game is a scripted scenario from the very start. If you score 3 or 4 goals in the first 20 minutes, you’ve basically handed the game to the opponent everything turns into scripts that favor them and they tip the balance so much that about 90% of players’ passes become mistakes. Not because of your control, but because the scripts and the AI are skewing things toward the opponent. I swear to God, this is the worst game ever made in history and they’re cheating people because of it. The AI and the scripts the difference in skill shows in the stats, but they don’t tip the balance in favor of the weaker players; instead your player’s turns, passes, shots everything becomes useless for you. The worst football game in the history of football games. Not even a thousand PlayStation One games are worse than this those relied on player skill with no AI interference. This is indirect cheating، And here’s something that happens behind the scenes every day there’s a silent update that gradually changes the gameplay. Today, curve shots have become way too powerful. They’ve been doing this for five installments now. When will they finally stick to one version of the game? Every day there’s an update until the end of the year? When will we finally be able to play a game that stays consistent from start to finish? When will we reach some stability? ، Fuckurmother CEO and everyone working with him they’ve completely destroyed the game.

let the youtubers play it alone then thy loving the game now AI defending and spinner attacking thy got there own matchmaking Ea give them ez matchups see there game play most ppl thy face cant be anything more then div 8. and for our matchmaking this fut i was 4-0 i got matches vs demons i ask them after the game what was there WL one guy was 14-0 and one guy with 12-1 and i was 4-0 and 4-1 how is that a thing and for the scripts just now i was 6-1 at half time second half my team was dead cant pass cant move the players go to random pleases hell my CAM who on shadow striker ++ was running backwards all the 2ed half i lost 6-10

In the same boat. Currently playing all matches at semipro AI. No marking, no runs, no shots and too easy AI for my opponents. Game unplayable and time to uninstall.

Absolutely the game is dominanted by the ai every game my ai is so dumb they just sit or go to the worst places ever but opponent ai oh my god they are better than Madrid x ac Milan prime they move better than pro players

They keep this scripting and momentum system to keep casual players happy — boosting weaker players so they stay engaged, buy more packs, and keep playing longer. But in reality, it completely kills the enjoyment for everyone else.

The only real solution is to remove it entirely. That’s why we have matchmaking and divisions in the first place — Division 7 players should play against Division 7 players, Division 2 vs Division 2, and so on. Let the better player win, simple as that.

EA keeps denying that momentum or scripting exists, but everyone who’s played this game for years knows the truth. It’s been there for a long time, and it’s time they finally admit it and remove it once and for all.

The fact we are in discord trying to fix this game is a testiment of how bad it is and if they choose not to fix Ai defending we should also choose not to play or buy their packs.

To those who want attacking to be more and more broken op... Instead of constantly asking for help through broken attacking mechanics why don't just learn to attack better? Do you want all other defenders to get out of your way so that you can just abuse every mechanic and score?

I really hope EA actually means what they said this year — that they will listen to community feedback and finally fix this issue once and for all. Because out of all the problems this game has had over the years, this is by far the biggest one.

As long as this problem exists, the community will always be frustrated and unhappy. Sure, EA will still make their money, but that’s not how it should be. Games used to be about fun, not just business.

If they truly want to listen to the community — like they promised with these new Discord channels and the feedback portal — then they need to finally admit that dynamic difficulty / momentum / scripting exists and remove it completely. Just be honest about it and fix it. That alone would bring back so much trust and joy to the game.

If EA makes the gameplay and packs fair for all then only 1/10th of the players will remain. They cannot loose revenue from 90% of those players. It started in 2023 on some accounts, more in 2024 and now widely spread. This will never be removed. They may stop it for a while now and then but will never remove completely.

I have been playing this game for 25 years and cannot believe what this has turned into. It's a shame.
