⚠️ Ultimate Team Login Issue – Account-Specific Problem (Need Help!)

Hey everyone 👋

My friend has been unable to connect to Ultimate Team for the past 3 days — every time he tries, he gets this message:

“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”

Here’s what we’ve tried so far:
• His internet and PSN connection are fine
• He can log in to the EA Companion app on his phone without any issue
• He even tried using my account on his PS5, and mine worked fine
• But when he uses his own account on the same PS5, it still fails

So it seems to be something with his EA/FUT account specifically, not the console or internet.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue recently?

Any advice or known fixes would really help 🙏
