URGENT : pls fix i can’t connect to UT

I got disconnected then I can’t enter UT mode it keeps saying “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu” but i can enter UT in my friends account , but mine cant this happened for 1 day i want to play pls fix this EA
