I was enjoying the game before this patch and now all the sudden we are back to r1 abuse. Fifa match never meant to end up with 10-11 scoreline

I really wonder of how many of you who say "learn to defend" at the end of the day run with CDMs, abuse r1 pressing, rely on defensive AI and don't trigger defenders XD

I totally agree — the R1 dribbling is unrealistic. That kind of movement doesn’t exist in real football. If EA wants to make R1 more powerful, then they should also improve defensive responsiveness so players don’t just stand still. I don’t get why EA keeps rewarding the rats who abuse that mechanic all game.

Game felt better with previous patch. You could actually touch your CB’s to make a tackle and had to play good football to score. Now you just spin around in a circle and wait for your opp to drag someone out of position and capitalize on the mistake, just like before the patch

Sorry bro I’m not trying to tryhard like u and I haven’t been for some time now. There are people who just want to pop on the game and have a bit of fun. If your ideea of fun is using your CDM all game and to spin endlessly on the edge of my box, be my guest. No wonder why EA don’t care anymore if there are people as braindead as you playing their game. Put on some lotion (but prefferably a shirt on) and go load up some FC points to buy some packs in the meantime. 🙂

Well if I need to trigger each forward run manually I don't understand why we are rewarding people for doing nothing in defense and wait for AI to do job for them? Why not introduce skill gap and start rewarding poeople who can defend manually? At the end this is competetive mode, isn't it?
