Since the latest update, the online gameplay feels noticeably heavier and less responsive. The smooth, fluid experience that defined the launch period is completely gone. Player movement feels delayed, passing lacks precision, and overall matches have a sluggish pace that makes it difficult to enjoy.

Before Thursday’s patch, the gameplay felt balanced, quick, and rewarding — everything connected smoothly, and I could truly feel control over my team. Now, every match feels like playing a completely different game — closer to FC 25’s older build rather than the fresh, improved version we had just days ago.

Whatever core mechanic changes were implemented in this update have made the game less enjoyable for competitive players. As someone who plays regularly, this has been a huge disappointment. It’s honestly a big L gameplay-wise, because what was once smooth and exciting now feels frustrating and unplayable.

Please consider revisiting the tuning or physics adjustments introduced in this update. The community deserves the gameplay quality we had at launch — fast, responsive, and consistent across matches.

gameplay is way more balanced after patch with the manual defending buff. Any feeling slugginess is prob due to bad servers

Great work EA listening to the community and not just the sweats. Good update. A step in the right direction. But pls fix fidget spinners next.
Fidget sppining is still way too op and unrealistic. Defending against that is still impossible as it has been nerfed to the ground. Now nxt step is finding a way to nerf the fidget spinners so that defenders have a fair n equal opportunity.

Dribbling is still op and the defense is unable to keep up.
Current state only streamers n sweats keep abusing the left stick mechanic and others is interested to play.
