- slightly buff acceleration, make it so you can burn past a player if you have dribbled around them.
- reduce jockey speed. ^^ this helps this
- don’t touch gk movement. As frustrating as it can be, there’s no way of balancing low drivens without killing the best method of scoring
- keep kick offs as they are now
- keep corners as they are
- r1 dribbling with tech silver needs to be viable. With no tech silver it’s fair if it’s not really viable
Back to point 1- why is quick step so dead this year? Is that due to acceleration?

As horrible as it was, the speed boosts you got from exiting certain skill moves was a crucial mechanic to beat defenders. Players with quick step should be able to get a boost out of skill moves like step overs. It’s been a thing for years and it’s essentially made skills unviable this year.

balance the game so that jockeying + second man press isn’t the most effective way of defending. Implement a punishment for using second man pressing. The ideal for this is for attacking AI to occupy the space left behind by the second man presser
I’m sure there’s more, but all of these would be a huge improvement
