Hi EA,

I’d like to share some feedback about FC 26. I believe one of the main issues in recent years is that the second man press no longer works as it used to, and that has turned the game into a constant 1v1 experience with the player you control.

In real football, that’s not how it works — players get help from their teammates. Having the ball always gives the attacker an advantage, and that’s exactly why defensive support and double-teaming are essential in real football.

I understand that some players complain about the CPU taking the ball away, but in real football, you also face two defenders at once — that’s part of the game. The problem arises when people can’t dribble easily, they complain, and you adjust the gameplay to favor skills over realistic football.

I’ve been playing FIFA since FIFA 98, and honestly, I think bringing back a smarter, more cooperative defense would be a big step forward for the game and the community, even if some players criticize it at first. Football is a team sport, and the CPU should play an important role in that.

Me gustaría daros un feedback sobre FC 26. Creo que uno de los grandes problemas del juego desde hace años es que la segunda presión ya no actúa como antes, y eso ha convertido el juego en una experiencia de 1 vs 1 constante con el jugador que controlas.

En el fútbol real no es así: los jugadores reciben ayudas de sus compañeros. Tener el balón siempre da ventaja al atacante, y precisamente por eso en el fútbol se hacen dobles coberturas y apoyos defensivos, que facilitan recuperar la pelota.

Entiendo que algunos jugadores se quejen de que la CPU les quite el balón, pero en el fútbol real también te hacen dos contra uno, y eso forma parte del deporte. El problema aparece cuando la gente no puede regatear fácilmente, se queja y vosotros termináis ajustando el juego para favorecer las skills en lugar del fútbol real de equipo.

Juego a FIFA desde FIFA 98, y sinceramente creo que recuperar una defensa más cooperativa e inteligente sería un gran progreso para el juego y para la comunidad, incluso si al principio hubiera críticas. El fútbol es un deporte de equipo, y la CPU debe tener un papel importante en eso.
