Hi.
I have a high end rig, a pc with nvidia 5080 and AMD 9800x3d as CPU. My game run flawlessly in terms of perfomance since first day of early access with 2k resolution and nvidia settings for performance. Now after latest patch, I have crazy ton of permanent microstutters. It's like I'm constantly playing at 60 HZ (Im not, did all the possible checks), I even format the disk and reinstalled windows. The only way that this improves is raising screen scale to 130. This improves but also add some input lag, so please, for the love of god, I beg you, revert whatever changes you made to performance because it hurts a 3000€ pc, so it can't be good what you did.
